Per essere un tre stelle la qualita' lascia molto a desiderare, sarebbe piu' opportuno assegnargli due stelle. Un tre stelle dovrebbe avere una reception aperta 24h, ma questo non accade al Capitol.I bagni andrebbero rimodernati, almeno i sanitari.

La punta di diamante dell'hotel è la tranquillità che ho trovato in questo albergo: si dorme bene. Per il resto, l'hotel è sufficiente per una notte e via giusto per la visita alla torre di Pisa, ma per un lungo soggiorno è consigliabile trovare di meglio anche perchè essendo un 3 stelle ci si aspetta qualcosa di più. Ho soggiornato in alcuni 2 stelle migliori di questo hotel.
