Reviews Club Hotel - Milan

L'hotel è situato in luogo strategico, è ottimamente collegato specie per chi per affari si deve spostare con i mezzi pubblici, come la metropolitana.

I regret that I didn't stay again in another hotel, was too attracted to better price of the Club Hotel and thought that all the hotel of 3 stars around Milano Centrale are quite similar. Not really...

Area looked quite dangerous, all the block where the hotel is located.

Internet connection was for free, and it was another reason for me to chose this hotel. Bathroom was ok, bed was clean, other things in the room could be much cleaner and more comfortable. Sometimes you want to move curtains, look at yourself in the mirror, not just at your face in bathroom, read some useful information about the hotel and to get to know price for things in room frige... But impossible in this hotel.

Restaurant was not that bad for breakfast, but nobody even moves to serve you in bar: "You have the same in your room" - that was just the best answer I have ever heard:-)

Stuff is not really friendly and helpful, except a couple of persons who eventually solve all the problems of their guests very easily. A woman on the reception is not good for work in hospitality - acted very nervous and was watching TV while I was running upstairs and downstairs trying to explain that telephone in my room just doesn't work whatever combination I dial. Another receptionist sent me to buy an adaptor for electronic devices when I asked him to help me with this, he also was talking extremely impolite to an Asian man who asked him some question too.

Guests must feel like just bothering people who need too much of the stuff. I travel a lot and never faced this kind of treatment anywhere. I would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend this to my friends - when traveling and working abroad we do need some good rest and care, not the anti-hospitaity.

We were very pleased with the price and the location. It was a very quiet, clean, cute, hotel with great services. Directions to the hotel do need to be clearer.

Positif:Chambre simple mais confortable, le personnel d'acceuil est très sympatique.

Metro à deux pas pour vous déplacer où vous le souhaitez.

Négatif: le personnel de chambre est très bruyant le matin, ils sont rentrés à deux reprises dans notre chambre le matin alors qu'on dormait.

La responsable du petit déjeuner est très désagréable.

Avis général bon rapoort qualité/prix par rapport aux prix pratiqués à Milan
