The apartment was fairly spacious with a large balcony with sea view. We had particularly chosen the apartment for 4 as that had two beds, but we had difficulty in persuading the staff to let us have bedding to make up the second bed. The disposable facilities of the apartment were poor. No kettle, cloths, washing up liquid, and only 1 roll of loo paper. Towels were only available at an additional charge (which eventually after correspondence with yourselves we did not pay). We were also told on arrival that there was a compulsory €50 charge which did not show on the website. Fortunately as I had clarified in advance with you that there were no additional charges, I engaged to contact you and get this again resolved. Otherwise we would have had to any these charges. We were given no supplementary information and couldn't find many of the facilities mentioned on the website. Also as we were slightly out of season it was difficult to find a restaurant that was open.
