The room was inadequate, extremely small, definitely not of a 3 star standard -- it felt more like a 1 star hotel. The air-con did not work and was not fixed during our stay. No chairs on the balcony. I had concerns about the cleanness in the hotel. Staff did not speak English. Sometimes it took forever to have meals served, and the restaurant was opened more than 30 minutes late with people waiting in the corridor. The capacity of the lift was insufficient.

Es konnte niemand deutsch, das WC hatte keine Brille, die Spühlung funktionierte nicht, d.h. es lief immer Wasser. Wir haben es an der Reception mitgeteilt, es war ein Reparateur da, doch leider funktionierte es nur, wenn wir den WC Kasten öffneten, darin herummachten. Es war niemals ein Tisch bereit für unser Frühstück. Weil wir nur Frühstück hatten, mussten wir jeden Morgen fragen, danach wurden wir an einen bereits benutzten schmutzigen Tisch gesetzt. Der Kaffee war schlichtweg ungeniessbar, es gab nur einen Automaten, aus dem alles kam. Wir mussten selbst Schockoladenpulver kaufen und mitbringen. Da alles Italienisch war, hatten unsere Kinder keine Chance an einer Animation mitzumachen. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein. Das war ein Problem.

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit (il était indiqué sur le site "Réception 24h/24"), mais le réceptionniste a été désagréable avec nous et nous a reçus comme des malpropres. Le lecteur de carte de crédit ne fonctionnait pas. La qualité de la chambre est médiocre, et elle est dangereuse (boulons saillants sur le lit d'"enfant", pas de protection en cas de chute au sol à l'étage supérieur de ce même lit, ...), la serrure de la porte tient à peine, le comptoir de la réception est tout troué etc. : ça ne correspond pas aux images du site, on est déçus, et on est partis de cet hôtel au plus vite !
