Das Hotel hat keine zentrale Lage. Auf der Rückfahrt von Venedig nach Mestre fanden wir nur mit Hilfe junger Passanten zum Hotel zurück, da wir orientierungslos an einer völlig falschen Haltestelle ausgestiegen sind, trotz mehrfacher Bitte an den Busfahrer, uns auf die richtige Haltestelle hinzuweisen. Der Hinweis des Hotelpersonals, man müsse an der fünften oder sechsten Haltestelle in Mestre aussteigen, war wenig hilfreich, da der Bus nicht an jeder Haltestelle anhält und bei Dunkelheit man keine Chance hat, sich zu orientieren. Haltestellen werden weder angezeigt, noch mündlich angekündigt. Es gibt auch keine Haltestellenübersicht. Das gleiche Problem hatten übrigens auch Touristen aus Norwegen, die mit uns nur mit Glück und Hilfe durch Einheimische ins Hotel zurückfanden.

Je dois dire que j'ai été très agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel pour tous mes séjours à Venise et je le conseille volontiers aux gens que je connais et qui veulent aller à Venise.

Es absurdo que el acceso a internet tenga que ser como mínimo de una hora y 6 euros.

Petit déjeuner un peu moyen pour cette gamme d'hôtel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating for my family of four. The location is a short walk from a bus stop that runs into Venice, but a good walk from restaurants and shopping. The only real issue we had was the breakfast could have been much better. The selection was a bit limited with eggs, canned fruit mix, sliced cold cut meat, and some croissants. Every morning the eggs were extremely cold, making powdered instant eggs pretty much disgusting. I liked the hotel, but with all the choices, I'll probably find somewhere else to stay next time.

I found the hotel to be of a very high standard...on arrival after a long journey the lady at reception brought me a cold drink to the lounge area and also let me check in before the scheduled time.

The room was beautiful with a decent sized balcony...breakfast was superb and the hotel was a short walk to nearest town centre for pubs/restauarants etc. It also had a great connection by bus to Venice and Marco Polo airport.

I would definitely reccomend this hotel to others as an alternative to dearer hotels in Venice.

Am Empfang könnte man ev. besser über Busanbindung bzw. die Art und Benutzunf der Fahrkarten informieren.
