Mi è stato detto che l'aria condizionata viene disattivata alle 22,00: arrivando dopo quell'ora, e non essendo stato acceso il condizionatore prima, la temperatura notturna in camera è stata eccessiva. Aperta la finestra, il comfort ambientale (in funzione della temperatura esterna) è migliorato, ma poiché la camera si affacciava sull'esterno, il rumore del pur non rilevante traffico è stato fastidioso. A parte la possibilità di estendere il funzionamento della climatizzazione, potrebbero quantomeno essere rinfrescate le stanze prenotate (a cura del personale) e, quale ultima ratio, si potrebbero indirizzare gli ospiti in camere che si affacciano nella corte interna: quanto meno non ci sarebbe il rumore del traffico.
