L'hotel andrebbe declassato a un 2 stelle per gli scarsi servizi offerti e per la qualità del cibo. Camere spaziose ma con arredi e servizi degli anni 80 mai cambiati, materassi usurati.
Servizio di accoglienza pessimo, piscina ok ma lettini e ombrelloni insufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, ristorante pessimo: cibo di scarsa qualità e piatti ripetitivi.
Le uniche note positive: la pulizia delle camere e la gentilezza delle ragazze del centro benessere. Splendida la spiaggia privata, da migliorare il servizio navetta per gli orari e rinnovare i pulmini inizio anni 2000.

La struttura e grande con bellissima piscina ma carenti sala fitness e bar non sempre aperti . Più come sala ricevimenti che come hotel.
