Un hotel precioso, lastima el entorno que no acompaña. Un poco lejos y mal comunicado del centro de Florencia.

The staff, from the hotel manager to the housekeeper, were friendly, polite, and enthused about their jobs. They showed an attitude that they would do anything within reason to make the guests happy and content. They acted like they wanted your business. The blonde girl who served breakfast and worked at the bar outside is to be commended for her efforts to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Dommage que le samedi soir, nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait réservé pour le restaurant car il y'avait une soirée privée. Un peu déçu pour ça.

Restauration petit-déjeuner : planification générale des petits-déjeuners insuffisante. On sentait l'état de panique parmi le personnel dès que la salle du petit-déjeuner était pleine. Par exemple : manque de petits-pains, viennoiseries, jus, fromage et charcuterie, le client entendait souvent "attendez parce qu'il n'y en a plus...". Les clients devaient patienter longuement avant d'avoir une table dressée et les garçons débarrassaient les tables sans logique par rapport aux clients qui attendaient. Le personnel mettait beaucoup de temps à prendre la commande des boissons du petit-déjeuner et à les servir.
Restauration hors petit-déjeuner : rapport qualité-prix non justifié.
