In particolare l'area relax e benessere non è presentabile (fra l'altro i miei figlioli sono tornati a casa entrambi con l'otite e nutro dubbi sulla pulizia della piscina). Il cibo era decente ma scarso, la manutenzione di ciò che non è più nuovo inesistente (ci è caduta la doccia addosso). Il parcheggio dell'hotel era l'unico di tutta la zona pieno di neve e ci ha causato non pochi disagi. L'innocente personale dell'hotel era invece molto disponibile, ma non poteva fare granché. Non ho potuto lamentarmi presso l'ufficio del turismo poiché era chiuso, ma lo farò via mail. Inoltre è la prima volta che mi capita di dover pagare in anticipo appena arrivata, poi ho capito perché altrimenti ce ne saremmo andati.

La quadrupla era un pò piccola.
L'hotel ospita anche gruppi di studenti, ne abbiamo incrociati 2, uno decisamente troppo numeroso per le dimensioni dell'hotel.

In hotel mancava l'acqua calda, la piscina è una vasca di acqua in un interrato, mia moglie si è presa una otite da piscina diagnosticata dal medico. Continuava a saltare la corrente elettrica, l'ascensore per metà della vacanza è stato fuori uso. La qualità del ristorante è da mensa. Quando sono arrivato mi hanno chiesto di pagare in anticipo, non mi era mai successo in un albergo, probabilmente più di qualcuno si sarà rifiutato di pagare visto il servizio. Una vacanza da non ripetere nella maniera più assoluta.
