Les volets étaient défectueux et cela n'a pas permis d'assombrir la chambre comme j'en ai l'habitude.
Les conseils et accueils des personnes du staff étaient particulièrement agréables et compétents.
Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement varié et copieux!

Sèjour s'est globalement bien déroulé...
Cependant déçu par la prestation "parking" qui m' a été facturé 13€ !!!
Ma voiture n'avait pas de place de parking, elle a été stationné sous les balcons de l'hotel...et j'ai donc récupéré un véhicule pleins de détritus divers sur la carrosserie (cendre de cigarette, miettes de pains, reste de petits déjeuners,...)
Pour un hotel de ce standing cela n'est pas acceptable.

bon rapport qualité/prix
très bien situé dans Turin, transports en commun à proximité et principaux sites touristiques dans un rayon de 5km (musée du cinéma, piazza castello,...)
