Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Rezidivierende Duftbelästigung aus dem Bad durch offensichtlich falsche oder defekte Rohrabdichtungen. Wurde von der Reinigungskraft mittels duftender Lösungsmittel teilweise abgemildert.
Schlechte Kommunikation mit den Rezeptionsangestellten wegen unzureichender Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Englisch, Deutsch).
Das Essen war sehr gut , sowohl morgens und abends bei kostenlosen Tischgetränken. Die Bedienung im Speisesaal gab sich große Mühe, die Wünsche der Kunden zu befriedigen.

Les femmes de ménages et le personnel se permettent de rentrer dans la chambre malgré le signet ne pas dérager ou ne pas entrer. Manque de professionnalisme. Prendre le coffre fort payant et conseillé dans ces conditions.

The room had a double and a single bed and a wardrobe, there was very little space left to move around. Also the air condition was dripping onto the single bed even though it was turned off and never used during my stay (luckily I did not need the single bed but the occasional dripping of water at night was a bit annoying

Service, Preis : Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Was fehlte war ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Essen sehr gut und ausreichend.

A pranzo almeno spiegare o chiedere il caffè alla gente migliorerebbe sicuramente l'assistenza del personale. Solo perché siamo giovani non vuol dire che il caffè non lo beviamo. Almeno la cortesia di chiedere. Grazie!

POSITIV: Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Essen, kostenlose Fahrräder (bis 3 Stunden), Strandnähe, ruhige Lage am Rand von Milano Marittima, Nähe zum Wald (z.B. Joggen, Spazieren gehen in unmittelbarer Umgebung), kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal, sauberes und gepflegtes Familienhotel, Zimmer war mit Meerblick und sehr schöner Aussicht im 4. Obergeschoss, großer Balkon
