Erstens: Statt der bestellten zwei einzelnen Betten, hatten wir ein gemeinsames Bett mit einem Bettlaken zum Zudecken. Abgesehen davon, dass man nur mit einem Bettlaken bedeckt zu dieser Jahreszeit doch etwas zu leicht bedeckt ist. Zweitens: Am zweiten Tag waren nach der Zimmerreinigung die Deckel von der Kontaktlinsen-Aufbewahrung verschwunden, ebenso meine extra aufgehobene Pfandflasche, die ich zum Abfüllen von kleineren Getränkemengen aufgehoben hatte und wieder mit nach Deutschland nehmen wollte. Ich dachte eigentlich, dass die Reinigungskräfte nur den Papierkorb leeren und nicht Dinge, die auf dem Nachttisch liegen oder stehen, einfach wegwerfen dürfen. Egal, wir haben uns entschieden, nichts zu sagen, weil uns eh keiner verstanden hätte. Das Englisch war arg limitiert bei dem Hotelpersonal....

La struttura è molto datata, con servizi igienici molto vecchi, TV non funzionante, senza una luce nel lato sinistro del lettone matrimoniale, pulizia della camera giornaliera esigua per via di un unico addetto alle pulizie e colazioni, rapporto qualità/prezzo inadeguato, struttura da rinnovare, posizione rispetto all'ospedale Sant'Orsola eccellente.

La finestra presenta un buco chiuso con dello scotch, i vetri della finestra tremano al passaggio di ogni macchina, le mura divisorie tra le camere sono in cartongesso, il bagno è ricavato all'interno della camera pertanto non è areata. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

The place is very noisy because the hospital is in front of the hotel, and the beverages in the breakfast aren't enough (just coffee, not juice or tea or chocolate). The rest is very good, large breakfast with different pies, big bedrooms, large beds. The staff is very helpful.
