Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Der Einsatz der Mitarbeitenden ist nicht zu übertreffen.

In comparison to other hotels that we have stayed at, Hotel Carlo would rank just above average, however, it becomes better and more memorable due to the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful, which made out holiday even better. We were made to feel extremely welcome and felt that we were treated as friends rather than clients, which is definatly a good thing. The food in the resturant was really good too especially being a situated out of the town centre. We stayed at the hotel as it is situated near where our friends that we were visiting live.

The desk staff were very helpful and friendly in the evening and when checking out. The room itself was clean but had a horrible odour of tabacco.

Not much facilities to get e proper meal !!

Avevo chiesto una camera a 2 letti e mi sono ritrovato con un letto matrimoniale giacchè eravamo stanche non abbiamo fatto storie. nel bagno c'era solo un asciugamano grande invece di due, il porta sapone non era stato pulito. Non abbiamo potuto cenare perché era pasquetta questa informazione poteva essere menzionata quando abbiamo riservato. Il servizio per l'aeroporto non è stato possibile perché iniziano dopo le sette, purtroppo gli aerei partono prima. La persona che era di servizio è stata gentile da proporci un caffè e una brioche ma non è stata una vera colazione, per cui ho trovato che abbiamo pagato troppo per quello che ci è stato offerto.
