Un membre du personnel nous a accueilli froidement en nous remettant la clé et s'est trompé sur le nombre de nuits réservées. Nous avons dû nous même demander comment fonctionné le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre avec la barrière de la langue. Un sourire fait toujours plaisirs. Sinon l'hôtel était sympa.

Accueil très sympathique pour ce petit hotel proche de tout. Si vous avez besoin de dormir a Milan et que vous n avez pas des gouts de luxe, cette hotel sera parfait. Pour nous la chambre etait calme, propre. Seul point negatif, l'odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs voir dans le chambre.

After having to carry my bags up the stairs to the reception I sat for about 5-10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged that I was there. The reception staff acted as though everything was a chore.
Even we we left we had to carry our bags back down the stairs.
