We had a problem every night when we returned to the hotel - not very late- the door was locked.
The night porter for some reason did not answer the door bell.
Sometimes we were standing outside for 30 minutes trying to get in.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but it was very annoying to be unable to get in every single night!
This problem needs sorting.
