Avevamo prenotato due camere da diversi giorni avvisando che arrivavamo in nottata da Bergamo da Bratislava.Siamo arrivati io e mio figlio la notte tra il 16 e il 17 Febbraio alle 3 di notte . Nelle camere il riscaldamento era spento ed era molto freddo. Dal terzo piano ci hanno dato due camere al primo piano anche queste con il riscaldamento spento. Poi nuovamente una camera dove accendendo il riscaldamento si stava leggermente meglio, siamo andati a dormire quindi nella stessa camera facendosi più caldo. Alla mattina alle 8, avevamo un appuntamento a Este, quindi dopo appena 4 ore da quando siamo andati a letto ci accorgiamo che nel bagno non c'era il riscaldamento.
Si scende per la colazione dove non c'era anima viva siamo andati a prendere un caffè del burro e del pane. Caffè freddo pane surgelato duro, burro con muffa che abbiamo portato arrabbiati alla reception. Siamo andati via chiaramente senza pagare. Abbiamo chiesto del direttore che si è negato, ho lasciato il n. del cellulare per essere da lui chiamato invano.
L'Albergo è avvilente , doveva stare chiuso tutta la stagione invernale ma se riapre deve cambiare tutto.
