Hotel Ciao had no sign and was very difficult to find. The check-in office was located a block away from the room - with no clerks watching the main entrance we did not feel secure at all. WifI service didn't work as promised. Very bad set up. Unless these issues are addressed, I would never stay at Hotel Ciao again. Peter Milo.

Nel piatto doccia c'erano impronte di scarpe. L'assetto del palazzo in cui è collocata la camera era piuttosto desolante. E' vero che il prezzo era modico. Il personale con cui abbiamo interagito è stato tutto molto gentile.

The location to Termini Train Station is closer than advertised. No outside posting for Hotel Ciao. Had to go to Hotel Luciani (1/2 block) away to register. I'm sure that was a problem for other's also.
