In fact we are disappointed, as we would not call CIAO a hotel but an accomodation!
The description about the room is correct, but we did not expect that this room is situated in a shabby apartment, dirty surrounding and with poor light.
The room light is also not sufficient. The airconditioning was not working and the TV was not working as there was no remote control..
