Meine Tochter und ich waren begeistert von dem Hotel, seiner einzigartigen Lage, den großen Zimmern mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf Waltherplatz, Dom und Ritten. Das Personal ist angenehm freundlich, das Frühstück großartig und die Möglichkeit, gleich im Hotel am Platz zu sitzen wunderschön. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The first room which I had been given was incredibly loud: to the inside patio where the hotel stores their big trash cans. Not only did the staff go in and out to loudly talk and smoke but also the engines from the AC were running the whole time - there was no way to sleep. The staff was not very accomodating in trying to give me a quiter room and only did so for the 3rd night out of my 3 day stay. Apart from that, location is excellent and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever seen anywhere in the world!
