Arrivée à l'hôtel lundi 31/01. Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel et tous les restaurants de Montegrosso étaient fermés. Obligé d'aller dîner à Asti à une 15ne de km!

Per quanto riguarda ristorante e assistenza del personale, "ottimo" non basta, è molto di più. Il "sufficiente" per le camere è dovuto alla mancanza del phon nel bagno e di uno specchio in camera e al portachiavi con il numero, che ogni volta che qualcuno apriva o chiudeva la porta sbatteva in continuazione, anche durante la notte, soprattutto quando c'è stata una scolaresca.
Questa non è una critica ma un consiglio da parte di chi ha passato una bellissima vacanza in un hotel stupendo scoperto per caso.
