Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Diciamo che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è un po squilibrato. Essendo un hotel a quattro stelle, ci sta il prezzo ma non proprio la qualità offerta. (nella nostra camera non funzionava una lampada, l'aspiratore del bagno e all'interno dell'armadio mancavano coperta e cuscini). Buona la colazione a buffet e ottima la posizione a 200m dal centro.
