La struttura è nuova e ben arredata. La colazione al decimo piano con vista su Imola. Unico neo le macchinette per il caffè, ma la colazione varia e abbondante.

The bar was very good, the restaurant wasn't. The service was poor the food slow in coming and cold and very average. We only used the restaurant once. Breakfast was only fair.

Il personale è un po' freddo nell'accoglienza, ma nulla da dire sulla struttura e sui servizi in hotel. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a reperire un ristorante nei dintorni, tranne uno dietro l'hotel i cui prezzi erano un po' alti. Comunque alla fine il soggiorno è stato positivo.
