Das Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig und hat ein für den Extrapreis schlecht ausgestattetes Frühstücksbuffett. Preis -Leistungsverhätltnis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels nicht in Ordnung.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, bloß der "Cafe Americano" zum Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!

Zimmer mit Seeblick sind nicht zu empfehlen, da diese unmittelbar an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegen und einer Ampel. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es erträglich: Schallschutz der Fenster ist gut.
Von einem "Zimmerservice" im Hotel erwarte ich, dass wenigstens das Waschbecken und der Spiegel im Bad täglich ordentlich gereinigt werden, ebenso Ablagen am Bett. Das gilt auch für ein "nur" 3-Sterne Hotel. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob das Zimmer vor unserem Bezug überhaupt anständig gereinigt wurde, zumindest konnte ich im Bad noch Haare etc. vom Vorgänger finden. Alles nicht dramatisch! Aber das beengte Zimmer und die nicht gute tägliche Zimmerreinigung (dafür tgl. frische Handtücher) und das mittelmäßige Frühstück war der Preis zu hoch.

Die Preise waren sehr hoch. Für € 700 habe ich 10 T. Hotel mit Frühstück gehabt. Bei eigener Anreise. Das war an der obersten Grenze. Der See war sehr schön und auch warm. Die Gegend eingebettet in die Berge, sehr romantisch. Ich würde gerne wieder hingehen. Was ich im Zimmer bemängeln möchte ist, dass keine
Ablagen oder Schubladen vorhanden sind..

Mergozzo è un piccolo paese molto gradevole e tranquillo situato in un abiente naturale stupendo; il piccolo lago è molto bello. Il soggiorno all' hotel Due Palme è stato globalmente buono. Suggerisco questa località a coloro che vogliono interrompere un periodo particolarmente stressante grazie ad una settimana di assoluta tranquillità: recupero delle energie garantito!

Ich würde wieder hin gehen. Das Personal war super nett. Das Zimmer etwas beengt und altmodisch. Wir hatten "mit Seeblick" gebucht, das war teurer, doch genau vor dem Fenster stand ein Baum.
