Quasi invivibile. Sedia rotta, condizionatore rotto, balcone senza una sbarra e quindi il bambino poteva passarci. Ascensore quasi sempre occupato dal personale delle pulizie che impiegava tutto il giorno per sistemare tutte le stanze.

La prima volta che sono stata in questo hotel la colazione è stata pessima in quanto totalmente self service e quindi senza servizio bar (leggi caffè del distributore automatico). Questa volta, al contrario, forse anche a causa della bassa stagione e delle poche persone presenti, la colazione è stata allestita al pian terreno (bar) e ho quindi potuto avere un cappuccino vero senza spese aggiuntive, nonostante sia stata all'inizio invitata dalla receptionist sfaticata a servirmi del distributore.

La struttura è accogliente e si trova in un posto molto centrale. Ci sono dei negozi subito nelle vicinanze sulla strada. Le camere non sono di lusso, ma di qualità sufficiente per uno che vuole vedere Rimini senza grandi esigenze sull'albergo. Il personale è molto disponibile.

L'albergo è ben collocato, ma non merita assolutamente le sue 3 stelle. La struttura è molto vecchia priva di manutenzione con un arredo molto logoro e inoltre, i bagni sono piccolissimi. Consiglio una buona ristrutturazione, per poter meritare le 3 stelle assegnate.
Abbiamo scelto l'albergo perché centrale, ma nessuno di noi lo conosceva.
