44% of customers would book Hotel Ferraro again
I didn' t like being charged for another 20 Euros when we checked out because of Tourist tax . Also we weren' t given breakfast on time for half our stay.

Hotel is difficult to find, "hidden" in an apartment block with a smelly stairway. Rooms rather basic and with windows either directly facing Via Cavour (very noisy) or a depressing inner courtyard (but very quiet) - or not opening at all. Breakfast is served in the reception area (of maybe 10 sq meters), with just a few chairs against the wall (no tables), and is extremely basic (coffee and croissant and/or slice of bread). Payment with credit card only possible in an affiliated small restaurant around the corner.
