Problème indésirable à l'arrivée a l'hôtel, la chambre réservée était indisponible.
Je pense qu'il a eu un oubli de notre réservation faite un bon mois avant.
C'est très désagréable surtout lorsque l'on a voyagé et que l'on a envie de se reposer !!!!!.
Par contre le personnel a très bien rattrapé le coup !!!!!

Quartier agréable et très bien situé. Hotel simple mais le rapport qualité/prix est correct... pour l'Italie! En France il serait plutôt dans la catégorie deux étoiles. Mais pour sa situation, il est dans les prix. Seul bémol : un petit déjeuner sans beaucoup de choix : pas de laitages ni fruits notamment. La salle étant petite, il vaut mieux y aller avant 8h pour avoir de la place et aussi du jus d'orange (enfin du "Tang" pour ceux qui se souviennent ...!) Nous étions 3 (2 adultes + 1 ado) et la chambre bien que petite était suffisante et calme (donnait sur une cour intérieure). La SDB avait une baignoire et était propre. Le personnel est sympatique, parle un peu français mais ils préfèrent quand même s'exprimer en anglais. Télévision : dommage qu'il n'y ait pas TV5, d'autant qu'il y a des chaînes allemandes, espagnoles et anglaises ...

La chambre et notamment la salle de bain, ne correspondent pas à la photo. Ou alors nous avons eu la seule chambre de l'hôtel qui n'a pas été rénovée...
De plus, nous sommes passés devant l'hôtel sans le voir... nous le recherchions à un coin de rue comme sur la photo. Mais comme la réception se trouve au 4ème étage, la porte d'accès n'est pas très visible...
