Ein ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, welches besser Englisch spricht, als ich es in einem 4-Sterne Hotel in Rom erlebt habe. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer starken Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt in diesem Hotel. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

- Bathroom was not very good, items were not tightened to the wall, but were broken for example. Shower needed to be renewed.
- Airconditionner was available but didn't work very well. Lowest temperature we got was 25 degrees whilst the airco was fully functioning and making a lot of noise while set to 21 degrees.

The room was small but charming. Best thing about this hotel was the balcony, the reliable internet access and the kindness of the staff.

Reception man at front desk kindly let us use the internet to book flights very late at night when the volcano crisis was on! Much appreciated and we were able to get our flights out from Rome.

Gorgeous little hotel located right next to the major attractions (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia). The staff is great and very helpful! Really hope to come back for a longer stay!
