La colazione non è adeguata alla classificazione dell'hotel (4 stelle): i prodotti proposti sono, se non da discount, da supermercato di media qualità. Il cappuccino veniva preparato in cucina, ma vista la qualità era sicuramente fatto con una macchinetta tipo quelle da ufficio. Il personale è cortese, ma completamente votato alle esigenze dei clienti stranieri (credo che fossimo gli unici italiani presenti in tutto l'albergo). In compenso, la nostra camera (tripla) era veramente spaziosa e rinnovata di recente: nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Had dinner one night at the hotel and that was not a positive experience.

Furthermore the breakfast was very basic.

What an awesome find Hotel Jaccarino was for us. Your hotel is BEAUTIFUL, affordable and we loved our stay. Someday we would like to come back and stay longer. My son is a seminarian at the Legionaries of Christ in Termini and we took a number of brochures back to their house as many of the priests and brothers have family who like to come and stay. It was such a treat to stay in your hotel.

Your website was very good as well because one could see real pictures of everything.

Mi aspettavo una maggiore qualità al ristorante. Sono rimasta delusa dal comportamento poco professionale della signora bionda che lavora alla ricezione. Vale la pena fare qualche chilometro in più per uscire dalla confusione e dal caldo di Sorrento.

Nous étions trois adultes à loger dans la même chambre et celle-ci n'était pas très spacieuse.

Access to hotel from Sorrento very difficult the first time. I scraped my car in narrow streets guided by SAT NAV. You should provide better mapping.

Avons été décus par l'environnement et pour un 4 étoiles confort et services insuffisants. Par contre personnel attentionné et de la terrasse vue splendide sur la mer et le vésuve. Impératif de réserver ch. avec vue mer sinon grosse déception.

Nous étions en demi-pension , et , enfin un hotel , où les demi-pensionnaires ne se sentent pas traités en "parents pauvres " ! Excellents repas , très bon service (ce qui est vraiment appréciable !). Sommes ravis de notre séjour.

We booked a room in a 4 star hotel and we expected that some basic facilities would be provided by default as for example a refrigerator! They gave us a room without refrigerator and without even a balcony. We could only have a look at some walls through a window, like prisoners!

We complained about the room and they gave us a room with nice view. They provided us a refrigerator that didn' t work.

It was a very bad experience to make a reservation for a 4 star hotel room and face a fake situation.
