Per due mattine consecutive l'acqua nel bagno è arrivata solo fredda, sollecitando tale inconveniente il personale non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema.

La sorpresa è stata trovare la doccia sul pavimento. mi pare che non sia né sicura né igienica.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu i dobra jakośc usług. Bardzo przyjemny personel i dobre śniadania. Jedyne co pozostawia do życzenia to słabe oświetlenie w pokojach i brak TV.

I stayed for 3 nights, during this time the room was not cleaned.

It was the worst hotel my friend and I had ever stayed in Europe. There was no air conditioning. Even though we were willing to pay for an additional €10 for the air conditioning, there was no air conditioner inside the room. The ceiling fan stopped automatically at midnight before we were able to sleep. It was one of the hottest nights in Rome (about 33 degree Celsius, I think). There was no wind even after we opened the window. We could not sleep. I had to use my paper fan to cool myself before I could sleep. There was no separate shower curtain between the bath area and the toilet bowel and the sink. There was no place inside the bathroom to hang one's clothes without getting them wet by the shower spray. The television cords were just hanging over the wall. The television set was the oldest model I had ever seen and no one even bother to use it if it was given for free. For all of the above, we paid more than €100 for the night. I would say that is a rip-off. The only thing that was good was there was free wifi in the lobby.

Je connais l’Italie du nord au sud jusqu’au Lampedusa depuis 5O ans. Aucun établissement ou je suis resté avec le petit déjeuner ne m'a donné de bon pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner en me disant " vous sortez d 'immeuble, tournez à gauche au bout de la rue encore à gauche, restez sur le même trottoir au 2e bloc le café "Dolce vita"....et vous ceci vous est arrivé...?? demandez à l’hôtel Joli....

si non l'hôtel il doit y avoir mieux pour ce prix dans le quartier???sans plus. Je l'ai choisi pour être près des amis qui habitent dans le coin, rue boezio.

Depuis 50 ans je voyage en Italie, je connais ce Pays du nord au sud (jusqu'au talon et à la pointe de la botte la Sicile incluse) .

La réservation que j'ai faite disait petit déjèuner inclus, au prix que je payais je ne m'attendais à un buffet pour le petit déjèuner mais je ne m'attendais pas qu'on me donne un bon de petit déjèuner et qu'on me dise "Demain matin avec ce bon vous descendez en sortant de l'immeuble, tournez à gauche, au coin de la rue encore à gauche au 2e bloc il y a le cafe Dolce vita, là vous prendrez un boisson chaud et un dolce". J'ai fait ce qu'on me dit le2e jour j'ai rouspété....ils ont une salle près de la reception avec des table et des chaises et on vous demande le matin aller au café d'à coté...

2eme detaille: dans la chambre une vielle TV avec 2 télécommande et elle ne fonctionnait pas bien...3e jour j'ai gueulé encore ils ont changé avec un ecran LCD.....heureusement la douche dans la salle d'eau n'a pas de cabine, ainsi quand vous prenez une douche, les toiletts le bidet par terre tout se muoille.....pas de frigo dans la chambre je n'avais pas besoin mais d'après les normes EU il devrait y avoir non?

Grande gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Dommage que la connexion TV ne se fait pas correctement et qu'il n'y a aucune chaîne francophone!

Falta Aire acondicionado. La habitación poseía un ventilador que era absolutamente insuficiente.

Man bekommt Gutscheine für das Frühstück, die in einem Bistro in der Nähe eingelöst werden können. Dort ist man nicht so begeistert über die Gäste, die mit diesen Joli-Gutscheinen erscheinen. Es gibt auch keinerlei Auswahlmöglichkeit - außer je einem Kaffee und einem Croissant ist nichts zu haben, auch nicht, wenn es das Gleiche kostet.

Ansonsten hat man in diesem Hotel alles, was man braucht.
