Edificio molto recente, arredo moderno e scelto con gusto. Curati i particolari delle parti comuni. Ottima la colazione anche se eviterei la somministrazione del caffè con impianto automatico comunque di ottima qualità e ricercato per caratteristiche tecniche. Sicuramente lo utilizzerò nuovamente e lo consiglierò anche ad altri.
