Optimale Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz zu Fuß zu erreichen.
charmantes Hotel, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Leider war zurzeit unseres Besuches eine Straßen-Baustelle und dadurch Lärmbelästigung.

Déçu de l’hôtel , trop bruyant, la chambre sale, il m’ont changé de chambre et la même chose très bruyant et très sale, trop cher pour le service. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses trois étoiles.

La télévision n'a pas fonctionné durant tout le séjour, aucune démarche n'a été faite pour solutionner le problème alors d'autres chambres avaient la télévision, aucune remise sur le prix nous a été accordé. D'autre part des travaux étaient en cours à l'étage dessous perçage etc Impossibilité de se reposer dans l'après midi dans la chambre. Bruit intense. Sur ce point aucune remise nous a été accordée.

Ottima accoglienza, stanze belle e pulite con un bagno confortevole. Buona la colazione e ottimo collegamento con la città: è situato al centro.
Ottimo i consigli per i ristoranti, insomma ci ritorneremo volentieri a Firenze all'hotel "La residenza" e ci resteremo qualche giorno in più. Grazie di tutto!
