C'est un hôtel 4 étoiles et l'on a de la difficulté à circuler dans la chambre. Ce qui a été le plus frustrant, bien que nous pensions que l'hôtel ne soit pas en cause, ce sont les mauvaises signalétiques concernant la localisation pour prendre le "shuttle". Nous avons cherché durant environ une heure. D'autre part, ce service n'est pas gratuit. Un coût de 12 euros a été ajouté à la note d'hôtel. Cela aurait tellement été plus simple de prendre un taxi.

The bedroom was grubby, bathroom clean. As I pulled back the covers I saw that the mattress had red stains along the side of it . I could hardly sleep it was so discusting. The carpet was so dirty we were afraid to go barefoot. The food was good the staff didn't interact at all. Never again!!! My skin crawls thinking about it.
We choose the hotel because of its location.

Buongiorno, desidero ampliare il commento con alcune considerazioni sull'organizzazione: giunta alla stazione di Fiumicino verso le 22.00 non ho trovato il servizio di navetta per l'hotel, pertanto ho dovuto prendere un taxi per il quale ho speso ben 15,00€ per 2/3 km! Entrata al ristorante dell'hotel che stava chiudendo, ho dovuto supplicare affiché mi preparassero un panino che ho dovuto mangiare sulle panche fuori dal locale. Ho poi prenotato la navetta per la mattina successiva che ho scoperto essere a pagamento, ed al momento della partenza l'autista ha ritardato rispondendo in maniera maleducata alla richiesta di spiegazioni sui motivi del ritardo, alterandosi e guidando pensando di essere in un circuito di F1. Il servizio a mio avviso é molto lontano dall'essere soddisfacente.
