Ho soggiornato per sole 4 ore, quindi non mi è possibile dare un giudizio a tutte le condizioni...ma mi sono trovata bene, soprattutto per la posizione vicino all'aeroporto... tornerò a trovarvi di sicuro.

Avevo prenotato una matrimoniale non fumatori e ho trovato una doppia con lettini scomodissimi, con un persistente e pesantissimo odore di fumo (non di fumatore occasionale, ma la stanza ne era intrisa - tende, muri, mobilio).
Il personale non è stato di alcuna assistenza, si sono rifiutati di contattare un manager fuori orario, e sono stata costretta a dormire su una branda sotto alla finestra aperta della stanza - subendo un attacco d'asma e passando la notte completamente sveglia.
Nessuno sconto è stato applicato per compensare il pessimo servizio.

Buongiorno,
in replica alla cliente Simonetta, ribadisco il concetto del divieto di fumo.
In Italia é fatto obbligo di legge che non si può fumare nei locali pubblici, e quindi anche negli hotel e quindi anche nella stanza della cliente come in tutte le altre stanze. Non abbiamo stanze per fumatori perché non le possiamo avere per legge.
Allo stesso modo ribadisco il concetto: la stanza una volta affittata diventa domicilio del cliente quindi libero di fare quello che vuole all’interno, anche farsi recapitare la posta.
Per quanto riguarda la tipologia ha ragione che era twin, ma assolutamente non trovo veritiero che era scomodo il letto, in quanto usiamo la linea gold della simmons riconosciuto il migliore per l’hotel.
La sera del check-in della cliente ero presente io al front-office e il mio responsabile di turno non é stato scortese, ma avendo l’hotel pieno non poteva cambiargli la camera.
Per quanto riguarda lo sconto non é nostra abitudine farlo.

They have shuttle service to the airport, but not 24 hour service. We told them that we had timed it the day day, and had no euros left except to tip the van driver in the morning. She said she would get a taxi for us at 4am, as we requested, that took credit cards. We came down at 4am and the taxi was there. We got to the airport (2 minute ride) and he didn't take credit cards, and wanted .00 USD! THIS WAS A 2 MINUTE RIDE!!!! He said it was 36 euros. I will not go back to Rome, not that anyone cares.
