Dopo aver segnalato più volte che l'asciugacapelli a parete del bagno mancava di attrezzo estensibile per il suo utilizzo e dopo avermi rassicurato che sarebbe stato riparato, ho dovuto fare per ben due giorni (io e mia moglie) contorsionismo per mettere la testa sotto l'asciugacapelli fisso a parete. Credo che un hotel che vanta 3 stelle non dovrebbe avere di queste défaillance e fornirsi di un paio di fon di riserva per ogni evenienza. Infatti il fon di riserva doveva essere portato, dopo il mio ennesimo reclamo, da fuori hotel dopo circa un'ora e solo al secondo giorno. Un cliente che fa aspetta un'ora prima di lavarsi?
