La liaison avec la ville a été difficile à cause des travaux (surtout pour trouver l'hôtel) mais on a pris très vite l'habitude du trajet. Très bon sejour; on reviendra! L'hôtel est très agréable et le personnel compétant et souriant.

Très bon accueil, hôtel très bien tenu, un peu compliqué d’accès à cause des travaux routiers en cours, mais cela n’enlève pas le charme du lieu. Hôtel que je recommanderais à d'autres personnes.

Abbiamo riscontrato solo due problemi:
- la serratura esterna non funzionava, così siam dovuti passare dalla reception. Niente di troppo fastidioso, comunque.
- L'aria condizionata faceva ciò che voleva! Potevamo mettere 30 gradi o anche spegnerla, ma dopo 2 minuti si riaccendeva impostata a 20 gradi! Abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte, per non gelare...

Bei Buchung wurde uns eine Ermäßigung bestätigt, wenn die Buchung 14 Tage vorher erfolgt. Leider wurde diese bei Bezahlen absichtlich nicht berücksichtigt. Als die Frage unsererseits darauf kam, wurde uns unverschämt geantwortet und das zuviel abgezogene Geld auf den Tisch geknallt. Das ist wirklich sehr unanständig gewesen. Es war auch sicherlich im PC hinterlegt, dass wir den Rabatt erhalten.
Wenn mann den Rabatt nicht geben möchte, kann man ihn nicht anbieten.

I stayed in room 126 and the WIFI Connectivity with my laptop was bad.
Very poor reception. So my advice would be to put more WIreless WIFI-routers in the hotel on the different levels and places
