Mi è stata assegnata una stanza diversa da quella prenotata e dopo aver segnalato tale anomalia mi è stato detto che altre stanze non erano disponibili mostrandosi a prevedere il cambio solo per il giorno successivo. Francamente è un comportamento non corrispondente a quello che sarebbe stato lecito attendersi.

Wifi gratis molto buono
Zona buona, generalmente hotel tenuto molto bene
Non combacia con la descrizione, dalle foto sembrava una stanza bella grande, con un tavolo e dello spazio, e si è rivelata una stanza con il letto e 40cm dal muro tutto in giro appena sufficiente per passare. Colazione relativamente povera.
Buona posizione per la metro.

Une place de parking devrait être mis à disposition des clients.
Une chose pour le petit déjeuner penser à mettre du chocolat en poudre car c'est pas tout le monde qui boit du café surtout que celui ci devrait être amélioré on croirait prendre du jus de chaussette.
Désole pour ces remarques mais il est juste de le faire savoir, mais ça n’enlève pas la gentillesse, et l’amabilité du personnel. On y retournera à une seule condition si il y a du chocolat.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Hotelwahl. Für eine Städtereisen waren unsere Erwartungen erfüllt worden und würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Les personnes qui sont à l'accueil sont très agréables et essaient de résoudre les petits problèmes de réservations de musée ou autre avec gentillesse.
Le café du petit déjeuner est très bon mais un peu plus de choix pour accompagner le pain serait souhaitable.

Albergo modesto, ma situato in ottima posizione e vicinissimo al centro della città. Pulizia e cortesia di buon livello, rapporto qualità'/prezzo ottimo: per il mio pernottamento ho avuto una stanza matrimoniale a 52 euro colazione inclusa. Bello il terrazzino, che secondo me, potrebbe essere sfruttato come roof garden con colazione ivi offerta.
