Rapporto qualità prezzo molto basso in funzione del livello dell'albergo, manutenzione delle camere, posizione. Purtroppo l'offerta a Ferrara è scarsa e si vede. Il personale prova a compensare le carenze strutturali.

We had a wonderful time, our room was much, much nicer than we expected! The hotel really stands up to the 4 stars. Everything was crystal clean and in perfect condition. The personnel spoke good English and were all very helpful. One of the receptionists even recommended us a good restaurant and booked us a table! We would love to come back!
