Se dovessi tornare a Firenze prenoterei senza dubbio di nuovo l'hotel Pendini: le camere e l'hotel sono bellissimi, c'è l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza e la colazione è buona oltre ad essere fino alle 10.
In più la posizione dell'hotel è ottima: vicinissimo al Duomo, a piazza della Signoria, praticamente vicino a tutto e nonostante la posizione non è affatto caro.
Sono rimasta proprio contentissima.

C'era molta confusione la mattina nei corridoi, so che dipende molto dalla maleducazione delle persone e dal non rispetto per il riposo degli altri; forse "un richiamo" da parte del personale, gioverebbe. Per il resto, niente da dire, veramente, ottima cortesia e ottima l'assistenza. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
