Wir buchten Zimmer mit Seeblick, leider war der See nur zu erahnen bzw. von der äußersten Balkonecke spärlich zu sehen.

Die Lage des Hotels, mitten in der Altstadt hat zwar Vorteile, wenn man jedoch mit dem PKW anreist, wie wahrscheinlich die meisten Touristen, hat man nach jeder Ausfahrt ein Parkplatzproblem. Die angebotene abgeschlossene Tiefgarage für 9.-€/Tag ist ihren Preis nicht wert.
Das Zimmermobiliar sowie die gesamte Einrichtung könnte dringend eine Auffrischung vertragen.
Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam.

Es ist ein einfaches Hotel und war für uns für 5 Tage ausreichend.
Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz., da das Hotel mitten in der Fußgängerzone ist (war für uns ausschlaggebend war, dies zu buchen), dauert es lange bis am Abend Ruhe ist. Morgens ab 6.00 Uhr gehen dann die Reinigungsarbeiten los, die unüberhörbar sind.
