80% of customers would book Hotel Residenza San Marco again
Hotel gestito molto bene. Gentile e premuroso il personale, anche se con alcuni problemi linguistici (alcuni parlano solo tedesco e inglese).
La spa è semplice ma funzionale e il centro massaggi ottimo e ben organizzato.

Die Einrichtung ist recht antiquiert
Es gibt keinen Hotelboy für die Koffer, inakzeptabel bei 4 Sternen.
Für das Gourmet-Restaurant sollte ein Zuschlag von 10,00 € gezahlt werden, da keine Kinder unter 16 Jahren zugelassen sind - was ist das denn für eine Aktion???
Eher Möchtegern-4 Sterne.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr professionell.
Beim Check-in waren Mitarbeiter (Clemens) bzw. beim Check-out Mitarbeiterin (Romy) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie z.B. Welcome Drink bei Anreise (allerdings von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen) und Wasser bei der Abreise, sind sehr sympathische Gesten, die selten vorkommen.
MINUS:
Kein Safe (für Wertsachen bzw. kleinen Laptop) und keine Minibar/Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden. Auch wenn es nur die Standard-Kategorie (E 24) ist, würde ich dies als Grundausstattung ansehen. Und das Vorhandensein würde sicherlich jeder Gast sehr schätzen.
Zimmer sind sehr schön (neu renoviert), aber die Badezimmer könnten auch auf einen "aktuellen Stand" gebracht werden.
