L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale, nel centro del paese di Rio Marina. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese.Le camere e la struttura in generale avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa, in quanto gli infissi e l'arredamento in generale sono obsoleti. Le camere hanno il minimo indispensabile e sicuramente non vi è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tra gli hotel disponibili nel periodo scelto era sicuramente quello che costava nella media meno ed il più vicino ad un paese.

L'hôtel est convenable et l'accueil sympathique mais le rapport qualité prix est loin d'être bon. La chambre que nous avions était petite et bien modestement équipée. De plus, il est intolérable que pour une chambre à plus de 150 euros la nuit, la prestation climatisation ne soit pas incluse : nous avons dû débourser 15 euros supplémentaires par jour pour obtenir la télécommande du climatiseur !
