The hotel offers some services not usually provided with other Italian hotels of the same category: air conditioned rooms, flat LCD TV, free Internet Wi-Fi connections available in the rooms. With few Euro extras also cars can be secured. The hotel is housed in an old building with apartment high-ceilinged. This prevents proper rooms maintenance and scratches could be to find on the ceiling painting, giving an impression (underlining impression) of negligence (especially in the bathroom-toilet).
Nevertheless the hotel and their rooms are well cleaned. Globally I'm satisfied of it, even considering his position in the Sanremo downtown not so far from the sea. I suggest to use it as a starting base for visiting Sanremo and la Riviera dei Fiori.
