Am Tag unseres Aufenthalts war gerade eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft die anscheinend den kompletten Garten inkl. Pool gemietet hatten. Somit konnten wir beides nicht nutzen und mussten unser Glas Wein auf der Holzbank am Hoteleingang trinken. Zudem war bis 23 Uhr sehr laute Musik.

Mi sono trovata benissimo solo il servizio ristorante lascia molto a desiderare infatti per la cena malgrado mi sia presentatra a cena in perfetto orario ho aspettato parecchio prima di essere servita ed anche il giorno seguente x il pranzo in giardino ho anche aspettato parecchio

Kompressoranlage vor dem Zimmer macht solchen Lärm, dass ein Schlafen bei geöffnetem Zimmer unmöglich war

En ce qui concerne la piscine celle-ci n'est pas accessible au bon vouloir du client, car il y à des heures d'accessibilité à partir de 10 h jusque 18 h.
en saison de fortes chaleurs il serait agréable de pouvoir se baigner à partir de 8 h le matin avant le petit déjeuner

The service and quality of food were not up to a 4 star standard,
The breakfast room was in disorder, only one waitress who was overwhelmed.

An mehreren Tagen pro Woche hat das Hotel-Restaurant geschlossen, was aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel entspricht.
Das Personal war korrekt, aber für unser Empfinden nicht wirklich gastfreundlich.
