Haría falta un cartel que indicara el servicio de traslados gratuito a la parada del metro Ponte Mammolo porque ni siquiera la gente de los alrededores lo conoce. Al llegar la señorita que me atendió me dijo que no me tenía en la lista del hotel, aunque yo le había mostrado el mail de confirmación de reserva, y luego de unos minutos de espera me dice que si, aparte de este percance todo bien.
