L'hôtel San Gallo Palace a un très bon rapport qualité-prix et dans l'ensemble nous avons été très satisfaits des prestations.
Le seul point négatif que nous aimerions souligner est l'arrivée de l'eau dans la douche (chambre 311), qui était souvent déficiente(Manque de pression + difficile de maintenir la température constante)
