Cet hôtel fait honneur à l'hôtellerie italienne.
Confort parfait, accueil chaleureux et chambres très agréables.
Nous gardons de notre passage un excellent souvenir.

Das Hotel war sehr schwierig zu finden, ohne eigenem PKW ist dieses Hotel nur bedingt geeignet, da es bis Bergamo doch recht weit ist.
Die vielen Kunstobjekte waren eine beeindruckende Erfahrung,
Restaurantpreise waren sehr hoch im Vergleich zu anderen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr wohlschmeckend. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very difficult to find hotel... Signage poor and difficult to get into Bergamo. We are bicyclists and it was very scary to get on the roads leading to alto/basso Bergamo.
We loved the hotel but, without an auto wouldn't work for us. Also, disappointed with evening meals; breakfast was excellent but, dinner just too pricey for value on a fixed budget.

Leider im Restaurant als 3-Gang-Menü (Halbpension) als Vorspeise kalte Nudeln mit rohen Tomaten, als 2. Gang gab es 2 Scheiben Salami und 3 Scheiben Schinken. Dazu konnte man dann als Gang 3 entweder Bohnen oder Kartoffeln wählen.
Sowas ist ein schlechter Scherz und hat den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt.
Auch hatten wir ein Badezimmer, welches nicht richtig gereinigt war (Haare im gesamten Badbereich).
Desweiteren zeigte man uns den Whirlpool des Hotels mit Terrasse und Sonnenliegen, welche wir zur Entspannung nutzen könnten... diese Entspannung wollte man uns dann am nächsten Tag mit 10 € pro Person (auch pro Kind) in Rechnung stellen. Den Betrag haben wir dann aber nicht gezahlt...wir wurden vorher nicht informiert, dass die Benutzung kostenpflichtig ist.
An sich ein schönes Hotel , was sich durch solche Dinge keine Freunde macht... Schade.
