1) pessima impressione all'arrivo. Non c'era una persona nella reception per ricevermi (attesa 10-15 minuti, cosa che non ho mai visto neanche negli alberghi di categorie inferiori)
2) personale non qualificato e istruito male su come trattare i clienti
3) mancano informazioni in camera su come usare il servizio sky così come le tabelle dei prezzi
4) scarsa informazioni su come maneggiare i canali della TV
5) difficoltà per accendere/spegnere le luce della camera/bagno

Prices for some items are outrageous: i.e. 75cl aqua naturale for 2.50 euro... a few weeks ago I paid 2.00 euro for full liter in a 4 star hotel on the isola d'elba!!!!
