Die großen Zimmer sind gut.
Die Balkone sind schön mit Blick und ruhiger Lage.
Im kleine Zimmer ist das Bad sehr eng.
Klimabedingt könnte gegen die Mücken ggf. ein Einbau von Gewebe (Gasevorkehrungen) sinnvoll sein.
Wir würden wieder kommen, insbesondere wegen der besonderen Terme im Haus.
Liebevoller persönlicher Famileienbetrieb.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Villa Franz sehr genossen. Carmen, die auch sehr gut deutsch spricht war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit großer Terasse und traumhaftem Meerblick .
Der Strand liegt direkt (15m?) vor dem Hotel, die Zimmer sind einfach (kein Fernseher - Gott sei Dank- und keine Minibar -leider) aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Weg zum Hotel ist - wie alle Wege in San't Angelo (!!!) - mühsam, da es stetig bergauf und bergab geht. Man sollte sich auf eine gewisse Anstrengung schon gefasst machen...
Das Frühstück wird im lichtdurchfluteten Frühstücksraum eingenommen, oder bei gutem Wetter auf einer Terasse inkl. wunderschönem Meerblick. Es gibt Brot, Kuchen, warme Croissants, Obst, Joghurt, Honig, Nussnougatcreme, Mortadella, Cornflakes... aber am besten sind Carmens selbstgemachte Marmeladen - unbedingt probieren!!!
Bleibt noch zu sagen, dass wir VOR DER SAISON in der Villa waren, und obwohl wir anfangs fast die Einzigen waren, hat es uns an nichts gemangelt.
Ich werde beim nächsten Aufenthalt in San't Angelo wieder gerne die Villa Franz buchen.
