Stanze troppo piccole; basti dire che per "girare" intorno al letto, si deve passare in uno spazio non più largo di 15cm. O che è praticamente impossibile l'utilizzo del bidet in quanto la cabina doccia vi è attaccata.
Inoltre in cucina, che sarebbe dovuta essere attrezzata, mancavano oggetti come forbici o scolapasta per esempio. L'aspiratore della cappa non funziona. Le altre posate ed utensili erano sporche. Mancava anche una semplice spugna per lavarle.
