E' stato difficile rintracciare l'hotel in quanto non c'era alcun catello a segnalarlo e abbiamo dovuto chiedere in giro a piu' persone prima di poterlo trovare. La coppia che lo gestisce e' molto alla mano e ci ha assistito bene. Purtroppo dalla finestra della camera, alquanto spartana (niente frigo o telefono) si guarda direttamente all'insieme dei contenitori dell'immondizia e altre pile di immondizia non organica che e' stata lasciata vicino ad essi: non un panorama piacevole. La colazione e' servita in un ristorante vicino, a pochi minuti di cammino, per cui si deve uscire dalla casa: non quello che ci si aspetta per il prezzo richiesto di 65 euro per una tripla con letto a castello, se paragonata ai prezzi di un hotel a Bologna di 59 Euro, equipaggiata con tutti i conforts, incluso frigo bar e possibilita' di farsi una bevanda calda.

Je recommande absolument ce break fast propriétaire très sympa acceuil très convivial , chambre très propre et buffet du déjeuner très fourni ! vraiment très très bien s'il fallait donner une
note sur 10 je donnerais 10 parking à proximité de la chambre vraiment très très bien je le recommande et bientot ce meme propriétaire va ouvrir un hotel pas très loin de la spézia en pleine nature village très agréable !!!! et en plus pas cher !!!
